Why we're a Community Interest Company
Social Responsibility & Change is a Community Interest Company, which means we are built to create benefit beyond consultancy. A CIC is a type of social enterprise designed to benefit the community.
Our work with organisations helps fund wider community impact, activist training, resources and learning spaces that support people trying to create change in their own communities.
We chose this structure because it reflects what we believe: lasting change should not only be advised from the outside. It should be reinvested into the people, places and movements doing the work every day.
In short: when you work with SRC CIC, you are also contributing to something bigger.
