Create a lasting relationship with SRC CIC and get access to Shannon directly. Work together for a minimum of 6 months. Shannon will help you with all your consultancy needs through the month with 4 power hours through the month, where she blocks out time just for you to ask questions and we can drill into the work you're wanting to prioritise with practical applications and challenges along the way.

Create a lasting relationship with SRC CIC and work with us for a minimum of 4 months. Work together with your specialist to dive deep into your DEI strategy. Receive 2 Power Hours with Shannon per month.
document and policy review
£197/ hour
Need some policies or documents reviewed? This is for you. SRC CIC can provide full feedback about policy and procedure and help you shape your DEI strategy as and when you need.
workshops and training
£550/ session
Reflection sessions and workshops are usually 2 hours long, but can be tailored to what you need. Standard sessions include privilege, oppression, allyship, anti-racism, inclusive leadership.
Bespoke sessions will incur an additional charge of £197 per development hour. Typically, a session takes 4 hours to develop.
